The spotlight is on! 🎤🍋 After an incredible 2026 season, Lemonade Day Coastal Bend is proud to announce our Top 10 Rockstar Entrepreneurs! These young entrepreneurs dreamed big, worked hard, got creative, overcame challenges, and turned their ideas into real businesses. Now, let’s meet the stars of the show!
🎤 Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy — Emily Rendon
Emily took Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy on the road, selling fresh lemonade, lemonade pouches and cakesicles at events throughout the Coastal Bend.
Her biggest takeaway? Learning “how to plan, work hard, and be responsible.”
And Emily didn’t just make money—she gave back, donating to the Kerrville flood recovery.
Rockstar Moment: She’s already planning to grow her lemonade and cakesicle businesses!

2. SIPPIN PRETTY LEMONADE — Maricella, Eliyanah & Ariana Rosalez
These sisters brought glam, glitter and teamwork to the lemonade business! Their colorful menu featured multiple flavors, boba, edible glitter and candy.
When rain threatened their big day, they moved the operation into the garage and kept serving.
“Our first obstacle was the rain.”
They didn’t let it stop the show!
Rockstar Moment: They turned teamwork—and a little creativity—into success!

3. LEMONADE CONCERTO — Beryl, Lessie & Maxlyn Twumasi
Beryl, Lessie and Maxlyn brought an African-inspired summer theme to Lemonade Concerto, serving lemonade, agua fresca, plantain chips, mini doughnuts and more.
Their motto?
“Sip and Support!”
The sisters learned that entrepreneurship takes hard work, leadership and creativity.
Rockstar Moment: “It’s not easy, but we work hard to see results.”
4. Jurassic Lemonade — Fred & MJ Luehrs
Fred and MJ brought a prehistoric twist to Lemonade Day with Jurassic Lemonade!
Their creative theme showed that a great business doesn’t just sell a product—it creates an experience.
Rockstar Moment: They are ready to give entrepreneurship another shot next year!
5. Michael’s Cotten Candy — Michael Smith
Michael brought lemonade and cotton candy to the stage with one big goal: learning what it’s really like to run a business.
He reached his proft goal and followed his own business philosophy:
Save 1/3. Spend 1/3. Share 1/3.
He donated to Bark for Blue K9.
Rockstar Moment: Michael’s next goal? “To expand my company.”
6. Laila Made It — Delaila Flores
Delaila brought her growing brand, Laila Made It, to Lemonade Day with fresh fruit lemonade and homemade treats.
Her biggest lesson?
“It is easy to forget the business side of things when you are having fun.”
Now she’s ready to keep growing—and has one motto for what’s next:
“Stay trendy.”
Rockstar Moment: Delaila is already thinking about her next level!

7. K.E. Mart — Kasumi E. Martinez
Kasumi brought her Alice-based business, K.E. Mart, to Lemonade Day with flavored lemonade and boba.
Her experience taught her that not every business day goes exactly as planned—and that’s okay!
“The experience was amazing.”
Now she knows what she’ll do differently: advertise earlier and more often.
Rockstar Moment: “Improve on fails that I have now experienced.”
That’s an entrepreneur’s mindset!
8. Colorful Creations — Alayna Moreno
Alayna brought color, creativity and personality to Lemonade Day with flavored lemonade, handmade bracelets and keychains.
Her slogan said it all:
“Squeeze the rainbow, sip the fun!”
Alayna wanted to learn how to run a business and make a profit—and Lemonade Day gave her the chance to put those lessons into action.
Rockstar Moment: She learned that planning ahead can make a business even better!
9. Sweet Squeeze Sisters — Claire & Emma Ramos
Claire and Emma brought sister power to Lemonade Day with fresh-squeezed lemonade and a lineup of homemade treats.
When rain threatened their day, they moved into the garage and kept the show going!
And when customers loved their brownies so much that they ran out?
That’s a good business problem!
Rockstar Moment: Their verdict? “We had so much fun!” And they’re ready to do it again!
10. Sharozz’s Sweet Shoppe — Rozzleigh Rocha
Rozzleigh created a colorful, Sanrio-inspired experience with fruit-filled lemonades, homemade brownies and character cookies.
Her team dressed the part, created a fun display and learned what it takes to keep customers happy when the line gets busy.
Rockstar Moment: Rozzleigh is already thinking about her next performance: “Focusing on how to do it better next go around.”
