The United Corpus Christi Chamber of Commerce is proud to support opportunities that strengthen our workforce pipeline, and one of the most exciting ways to do that is by investing in our future healthcare professionals.
HOSA: Future Health Professionals will host its Texas State Leadership Conference right here in Corpus Christi, bringing together more than 3,500 students from across the state. These students, ranging from middle school to post-secondary, will compete in over 80 events designed to build leadership, technical skills, and career readiness in healthcare.
Volunteer Judges Needed
To make this conference a success, approximately 190 volunteer judges are needed to support competitive events.
Event Details:
- Dates: March 24–25, 2026
- Location: Hilliard Center, Corpus Christi
- Time Commitment: ~4 to 4.5 hours (flexible shifts available)
- No experience required: Training and materials are provided
- Perks: Light meal or snacks included
Events range from public health and medical innovation to interviewing skills, nursing assisting, and biomedical debate, ensuring there’s a fit for a variety of professional backgrounds.
