Growing up in a close-knit family from Edroy, Texas, Cindy learned early on the value of community and giving back. Those lessons continue to guide her today, shaping a leadership style grounded in empathy and service. “My parents are endless givers,” she shared in her Bend feature. “That’s where my heart for service came from.”

Cindy’s professional journey began as a motor teller at Frost Bank. Through dedication and perseverance, she rose to lead Business Development for Frost Wealth Advisors, where she helps families build financial security and achieve their goals. Her story reminds us that success is built not only on ambition but also on heart and on the courage to turn challenges into opportunities.

Over the years, Cindy has faced adversity with grace, including a personal battle with cancer, all while raising two children and advancing in a competitive field. Her resilience has fueled her passion for service and philanthropy, supporting organizations such as the American Cancer Society, American Heart Association, Pink Connection, Triumph Over Kid Cancer Foundation, and Lemonade Day Coastal Bend.

As a Hispanic woman in a male-dominated industry, Cindy has also become a powerful advocate for women in leadership, inspiring others through her example. “If what I’m doing gives other women hope, even if the impact is just on my daughter, that’s a job well done,” she shared.
