The United Corpus Christi Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce the promotion of Skylar Villa to Executive Assistant to the President and CEO, Al Arreola, Jr.!

Skylar joined the United Chamber team in August 2024 as an Intern and quickly stood out for her dependability, organizational strength, and strong interpersonal skills. Her expertise and experience made her an excellent match for the role.

A proud U.S. Navy veteran who earned high honors during her service, Skylar brings a strong foundation of discipline and leadership to help guide our marketing efforts as we continue to grow and innovate.

Originally from Sinton, Texas, Skylar recently earned her MBA with a concentration in Marketing at the University of North Texas. With a strong academic background, hands-on experience, and the discipline and leadership gained through her military service, she is well-equipped to excel as an Executive Assistant to the CEO & President, supporting the Chamber’s mission and daily operations.

Outside of work, Skylar enjoys playing tennis and running, reading the latest novels, and spending time with her friends and family.
