The Texas Windstorm Insurance Association (TWIA) has recommended a 10% rate increase for both residential and commercial policies for 2025. This decision was made despite significant public opposition at the hearing on August 6th, 2024 in Galveston, TX.

The Texas Department of Insurance will have two public meetings to hear stakeholder feedback on the TWIA rate filing of a 10% increase.

We need your voice to ensure they understand the impact this rate hike will have on our homes and businesses.
