The United Corpus Christi Chamber of Commerce is thrilled to announce that Hope Rangel, our Vice President of Economic Empowerment, has successfully completed the prestigious Certificate in Workforce Development Fundamentals program. This program is offered through a partnership between the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives (ACCE) Foundation and the International Economic Development Council (IEDC). Hope participated as a member of the second cohort, demonstrating a deep commitment to advancing their expertise and promoting inclusive workforce development practices in our community.

A Rigorous Journey of Growth
Over the course of six intensive weeks, Hope engaged in a robust curriculum designed to explore the critical intersection of economic and workforce development. The program featured expert-led sessions, interactive exercises, and dynamic learning experiences, all culminating in a comprehensive online exam. By earning this certificate, Hope joins an elite group of just 112 professionals nationwide who have achieved this distinction.
